Check-in: from 3 pm to 7 pm

Check-out: within 9:30 am

Final cleaning:

• included, for stays of at least  1 week
• for stays of less than 7 nights:
  • € 20 two-room apartment
  • € 40 three-room apartment

DEPOSIT:  € 100,00  required upon delivery of keys and returned upon departure.

Extra: city tax € 1,00 per person per day (over 14 years)

Extra on request:

• Bathroom linen: € 10 per person
• Children’s bed: € 5 per day
• Dogs: € 5 per day

Booking will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 20% of the total amount for the stay (minimum 120,00 €).

All major credit cards are accepted.

In case of holiday cancellation, deposit will be reimbursed with the following deductions:

• 50   € in case of cancellation at least 30 days before the beginning of stay
• 100 € in case of cancellation from 30 to 1 days before the beginning of stay

Postponed arrival or early departure DO NOT imply a reduction of the agreed price.
