Prices

PRICES AND CONDITIONS

Prices are in euros per apartment per day, a minimum 4 day stay is required (and from 15/6 to 15/9 a minimum 7 day stay).  Prices include: parking, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, use of all equipment and final cleaning for stays of over one week (for a stay of less than one week euros 20).
Not included are towels which we can provide for euros 10 per person/change.

Check in is from 2pm to 7pm and check out must be made before 9,30am.

We will allow small pets.
We can take credit cards.

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING

Your booking will be considered as confirmed on receipt by us of a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay with us ( min. 100,00 € ).  The deposit can be paid by postal order or bank transfer, made payable to

CANCELLATIONS

For those who must cancel their stay with us, for whatever reason, will have their deposit repaid to them as follows:
50% for cancellations made 30 or more days before the first day of your stay with us
100% for cancellations made within 30 days before the first day of your stay with us.
